Our aim isn’t just about improving buildings; it’s about creating perfect places that improve people’s lives.The Digital Deployment Specialist Supervisor leads a team of graphics focused digital deployment specialists responsible for all digital project graphics deliverables (Digital Deployment Package) throughout the Zone, managed through the Global or National Operations Center. The right candidate will ensure on-time and quality delivery to meet customer requirements within the project budgets. This is a working supervisory position with a utilization target.As a Digital Deployment Specialist Supervisor, you will:

Supervise the activities and performance of the zone graphics digital deployment team within assigned area of responsibility and ensure schedules are maintained and projects proceed according to plans, job specifications, and cost estimate

Promote and ensure implementation of productivity tools, company standards and best practices, lead continuous improvement activities and plans and justify staffing requirements for timely execution of assigned work

Provide monthly labor forecast, ensure proper job management and cost control by reviewing project financial statements, and maintain and improve planned and executed margins for projects

Review customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain relationships with execution teams so changes and discrepancies can be managed to minimize cost and delays throughout the execution phase of projects

Manage or advise on hiring, training and development, allocation, and performance assessment of personnel within area of responsibility

You will make an impact with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or state-recognized GED

5+ years of experience in graphics design with Desigo CC

5+ years of experience in building automation

On-the-job experience with industry engineering fundamentals and business operations

Verbal and written communication skills in English

Experience with Microsoft Office and engineering software applications

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate degree preferred

The pay range for this position is $72,300 – $123,500 / year and the annual incentive target is 5%. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
