- Senior-level technical support for IT Systems & Support team
- Support implementation of a comprehensive case management solution
- Perform and document gap analysis
- Identify evidence needed to support requirements
- Develop business and functional requirements specifications
- Assist with designing business solution
- Assist with technical, user acceptance testing (UAT), post validation, and review, execution, and approval of data fixes
- Reporting as needed
- Identify, interpret, and transform business needs and policy requirements into documented business processes
- Identify approaches to satisfy business requirements by performing detailed analysis and technical design of program areas
- Escalate issues and decisions when appropriate
- Provide weekly project updates

- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- At least 6 years of business analysis experience
- At least 5 years of experience working with health and human services programs and associated business processes
- Experience designing eligibility related software application suite
- SQL or other query experience
- Ability to generate ad hoc reports using visualization tools
- Experience with problem identification and integration of technical skills to resolve issues
- Ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts to personnel
- Flexibility/adaptability and ability to develop relationships/ partnerships with customers by responding to needs by exhibiting a sense of urgency.
- Ability to identify and develop solutions/test plans, procedures, and job aids
- Experience in business process analysis (Use Cases and/or process flows) and mapping (Gap Analysis) techniques.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Tableau experience a plus
