KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst with the following:5 to 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a combined Business Analyst/QA Analyst role in a high performance and dynamic team environment. Agile mindset, fast to adapt to change. Proven versatility and adaptability aiding in the success of teams. Excellent software project management, communication, analytical and time management skills. Must demonstrate ability and desire to continually learn. Experience in capturing and documenting business requirements. Experience in the test data design and setup. Experience working with developers to ensure that systems are designed for reliability, performance and testability. Knowledge of test frameworks and the development of test strategies. Knowledge of testing technologies/techniques In depth understanding of current business processes and technology solutions in one or more functional business areas. Proven ability to analyze business requirements and understand business activity and information models to develop appropriate tests and extensive experience with test case generation techniques. Strong analytical skills working with complex and highly integrated systems. Experience documenting API requirements a must. Experience performing data analysis for APIs.
