Title: Business Analyst II- Senior Business AnalystLocation: Woonsocket, RI, 02895Duration: 12 Months Description:• Perform and develop standard weekly KPIs for markdowns (coupons), net sales, and margin• Assist in automating the planning and forecasting process for Price and Value team• Write SQL queries to run complex analysis on large datasets to derive insights and present finding to the leadership team• Maintain trend reports and develop forecasting metrics.• Conduct Adhoc Analytics and support for various functional groups throughout retail and all other duties as assigned.• Source data from multiple different sources utilizing Excel and Tableau• Develop a rich understanding of the CLIENT Health customer''s needs and motivations - as well as the role CLIENT Health can serve in meeting these needs.• Key partner in the integration of personalization programs and new technology and capabilities.• You will report to the Financial Planning Manager of Loyalty and Personalization.Experience• Advanced MS Office specifically Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint required. Excel functions will be tested such as: SUMIF(S), INDEX MATCH, VLOOKUP.• Preferred knowledge of Snow Flake• Highly proficient use of SQL for extraction and manipulation of data• Experience in building and developing data visualization (Excel and Tableau)• Analytical mindset with attention to detailPosition Summary• Sr Business Analyst• The Business and Financial Insights team is responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis for the Price and Value team. • The Sr. Analyst will track and analyze various ExtraCare programs, metrics, and results to quantify their impact on the CLIENT retail business. • You will need to have a passion for budgeting, large dataset analysis, project management, and a strong financial acumen.Education• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years'' experience in finance, analytics or data science in corporate or agency setting.   Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
