DescriptionAt Citizens, tailored advice, personalized experiences, and innovative ideas, products, and solutions, are central to helping clients navigate changing circumstances. The Project Specialists are responsible for reviewing investment client files from branches within our footprint. The Project Specialists will be responsible for a variety of data entry duties, which include file review, quality control and scanning. Primary responsibilities include:
Sorting and compiling documents for data entry
Quality control check review
Reviewing and scanning client files
Completing operational risk management activities such as:
Record retention
Procedural governance
Compliance training
Participate in monthly branch file moves
Packing and shipment of client files to our data storage partner
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational/time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and perform in a deadline driven environment
Reporting and Analytics
Salesforce experience
Document scanning experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint
Associate degree/Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Lifting to 30lbs independently
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
