Carpenter/Lead Carpenter

Broomhead Building & Remodeling is growing fast—and we’re looking for top talent to grow with us. We're currently hiring a skilled Lead Carpenter or experienced Apprentice to join our team. We specialize in high-end residential remodeling and renovation projects across Rhode Island.

Responsibilities include:

Full-scope carpentry from framing to finish work

Installation of windows, doors, cabinetry, trim, molding, and hardware

Confident and safe use of hand and power tools

Requirements:

5+ years of carpentry experience

Own hand tools

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a cell phone

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

$25–$40/hour, based on experience and skill level
