Clinical Pharmacist

Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Ambulatory Care Pharmacist to work for one of the largest Healthcare companies in the U.S. The ambulatory care pharmacist consultant will support the strategy and integration of expanded clinical services offered by a team of pharmacists in an ambulatory care setting. To expand the clinical services offered by our pharmacists, the consultant will: · Establish clinical protocols based on the most up to date clinical guidelines · Setup collaborative practice agreements between clinicians and pharmacists · Establish best practices to be utilized by the team (e.g. EHR documentation) · Create training material to onboard new colleaguesDetermine required pharmacist trainings and certificationsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
