Summary:

Candidate will have to review code and assist in problem-solving issues with code and functionality. This position will also require approving/rejecting pull requests in our source control. This role is a position that s primary goal is to allow all developers, PMs, and QAs to excel at their work by assisting in any way possible to answer questions, solve problems, and guide the workflow process to achieve our ultimate goal of completing our projects on time and being as efficient as possible.

Job Description:

7-10 years of Cold Fusion and SQL back-end development experience
Experience leading technical teams and working with developers to ensure all protocols and procedures are met
Must be able to follow protocols and procedures and answer overall questions from technical team across project lifecycle
Coordinate with all IT groups - QA, PM, and Development to translate all functional requirements to enhance all applications and ensure work produced is of top quality
Prepare all technical documents and work on all Cold Fusion and SQL requirements
Create instructional and requirements documentation to assist users in accomplishing tasks and meeting compliance standards
Core competency includes hands-on web application development, support & design in a database-centric environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt quickly to the current business challenges and technologies
Ability to work in fast paced environment across numerous teams
Ability to work in team-oriented environment and if need be, work independently
