job detailsThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with their orders, troubleshooting product issues, and answering general questions. Answer questions regarding products, shipping, and troubleshooting any issues.

Provide customers with recommendations regarding products and upgrades.

Navigate through multiple systems to assist customers with their orders.

Process payments in the system.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure products are being shipped on time and customers are satisfied.
