Customer Service Representative

Staffworks Group is now hiring a Customer Service Representative to work for a Cranston, RI company that has been voted one of the best places to work in Rhode Island.

This is a full time, in office position and will pay $20/hr.

2 shifts are available:

8:30am to 5:00pm

9:30am to 6 and somedays 10:30am to 7:00pm

Duties and responsibilities include:

Entering customer data in ERP system/Salesforce,

Working to support CSR’s w/Warranty replacement orders/Service order processing and various assignments as assigned,

Responding to Salesforce cases

Duties may expand to answering inbound and placing outbound calls.

You must possess the following qualifications:

Must have sport shooting experience

Must have SALESFORCE experience

Data entry experience

Handle prolonged work requiring strong attention to detail

Must be reliable and have reliable transportation
