Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Director, Enterprise Transformation directs and oversees a team of project management, process improvement, change management, and learning and design professionals supporting multiple high-priority projects. This role requires effective prioritizing of capacity based on value to the Medicare-Medicaid organization. Being effective in this role requires a natural aptitude for developing and maturing capabilities, articulating and measuring results and value, and building strong, trusting partnerships across the organization. This position requires a hands-on, self-motivated, and emotionally intelligent individual who is a thought leader in business effectiveness that will move and inspire people with innovative ideas; turn ideas into reality and know and show how to replicate their success. Decisions are typically related to the prioritization and implementation of new/transformational programs or large-scale projects and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes, and implementing strategic plans, driving goals and objectives, and improving performance. The Director, Enterprise Transformation requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).Location: remoteHumana is seeking a Director, Enterprise Transformation to manage a team of project management, process improvement, change management, and learning and design professionals who work with company leaders at all levels of the organization to define and evaluate initiatives, lead consulting engagements and complex initiatives, and report results to strategy leadership and the executive team. You will be accountable for providing an ongoing strategic view and direction to the team and stakeholders. You will partner collaboratively across multiple business areas to define and meet engagement scope and help your team deliver results that meet business objectives. You may also have responsibility for leading large engagements yourself, as necessary.

Develop and mature project management, process improvement, change management, and learning and design capabilities on the team, manage intake and prioritization of projects, and articulate and measure results and value

Provide thought leadership and best practice implementation of project management, process improvement, change management, and learning and design capabilities

Provide leadership, coaching, and feedback to team members to facilitate their development and achieve the results sought by sponsors

Define and adjust processes to meet project/business needs and continuously identify ways to improve processes while coaching teams to do the same

Build trusting relationships with business areas and leadership, advise executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance

Grow and optimize business segments through identification of revenue opportunities and operating efficiency improvements

Exercises independent judgement and decision making on complex issues

Bachelor's degree

8 or more years of experience in business consulting, operational leadership, process improvement, and/or project management

Experience with a deep toolkit of frameworks, tools, and systems to enable standardized practices across the organization

Prior experience with cross functional team leadership and coaching high performing teams with structured intake, prioritization, and business value measurement and delivery

Experience in leading change, driving decision-making, and providing thought leadership within ambiguous programs, focusing on achieving the business objectives with rapid results

Ability to influence, challenge, and align others' thinking to drive decisions at all levels of the organization

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport

Role Desirables

Master's degree or other graduate degree

Experience in healthcare services

Management consulting experience at a top consultancy firm

Project Management Professional

Certified Six Sigma Black Belt/ Master Black Belt, experience with process methodologies and tools

Business process reengineering, rethinking and redesign of business process to achieve improvements in performance measures, including cost, quality, service, and speed

Additional InformationThis is a remote role. You can be located anywhere in the country. This role will require travel up to 25% to Louisville and possibly other locations.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$164,700 - $226,600 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
