Description We are seeking an E-Commerce Merchandiser to join our team in Cranston, Rhode Island. The successful candidate will perform key functions in enhancing customer engagement and driving sales growth on our online platform. This role involves collaborating with various teams to identify merchandise trends, oversee content execution, and monitor competitor activities.Responsibilities: Drive consumer experience and engagement on our brands and product categories. Collaborate with the merchandising team to identify merchandise trends and promote them through marketing and site content. Oversee the execution of online content and product setup activities. Implement category-specific site merchandising optimizations to enhance product discoverability. Collaborate with the marketing team to track the performance of curated merchandise. Develop concepts, page layouts, navigation, and other solutions for product & category launches in collaboration with the eCommerce product management team. Use CRM to manage product attributes. Monitor competitors for trends, new merchandising opportunities, and customer experience enhancements. Build relationships with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner. Ensure high quality by proofing and auditing content. Work with the Inventory Management team to determine product availability and clearance strategies.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in an e-commerce merchandising or similar role. Proficiency in Backend Development. Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is required. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Strong understanding of Database management. Experience with eBay and other online marketplaces. Knowledge of AB Testing methods and their application in e-commerce. Ability to create and manage Advertisements for online platforms. Strong skills in Analytics and data interpretation. Experience in building Brand Awareness in the digital space. Proficiency in Campaign Planning for e-commerce platforms. Comprehensive understanding of eCommerce trends and strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in creating and managing Pivot Tables. Experience in handling Large-Scale Data and translating it into actionable insights.
