Evolve Builds, Inc HIRING Project Managers/Supervisors/Lead Carpenters

We are searching for:

1) Experienced Project Managers/Site Supervisor: Must have several years of well-rounded experience at managing residential construction and a proven track record of meeting deadlines as well as the knowledge and ambition it takes to move through different sequences and phases of a project to effectively manage all subcontractors, employees and vendors in delivering high-quality home renovations ahead of schedule and under budget. If you like being in the field often, but still able to manage your project remotely, Evolve's small team works together on large projects to create a boutique experience for our clients. Management and budgeting software experience, including Google suite and Buildertrend programs is a plus.

2) Lead Carpenters: Ideal candidates will have demonstrated mastery of residential carpentry skills in the areas of: rough carpentry/framing, complicated wall and roof systems, interior and exterior finish as well as an intimate familiarity with all the tools of the trade. Must have experience and skills at leading other crew members and supervising work site operations. Experience using Buildetrend program for daily work documentation a plus.
