Farm Hands Wanted

We're a vegetable farm in North Kingstown. We are looking for motivated folks to join our team for the 2025 season.

If you are a reliable, determined individual who wants to learn the ins and outs of farming, we want to hear from you!

We are looking to fill 1 full and 3-4 part-time positions for the summer, which runs now-Oct, but also have positions open May-Sept/Oct.

Duties will include:

-Weeding and caring for plants

-Transplanting plant starts into field

-Harvesting/washing/packing vegetables for market

-General farm tasks

Qualifications must include:

-Punctuality

-Working well and engaging with customers and co-workers

-Ability to lift and carry 50+lbs

-Ability to work in pairs, groups, or alone for extended periods

-Ability to preform tedious physical tasks in all weather conditions. Bending/kneeling is commonplace

-An eye for identifying active and potential problems/hazards and solving/reporting them on your feet

-Farm experience is preferred, but not required

Pay is based on experience and performance. Perks include learning about farming start to finish, and plenty of fresh in-season produce to take home!
