Gardener - watering outside window boxes and plants

Need someone to take care of gardens, weed, and water window boxes and outdoor plants about every three days or so for at least an hour, but with weeding, will be a minimum of two to three hours every three days or so. Prior knowledge of gardening desirable so you will know how to identify a weed from plantings. Also need you to occasionally bring trash bins to roadside ( on thursdays or friday mornings) and collect then and return to trash enclosure space, friday afternoon and saturdays. ( You could water on Thursday then again on Saturdays in addition to trash, so a schedule of Monday or Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays would be optimal.
