Job SummaryTo support stronger demand for our Governance, Risk & Compliance solutions and as part of our growth, we are currently looking for a GRC Pre-Sales Solution Consultant for our North American market.As a GRC Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for developing a solid understanding of the Enablon software platform functionality, in the field of Governance, Risk & Compliance, addressing the needs of key GRC functions, notably: Enterprise Risk, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Ethics & Compliance, Business Continuity, Insurance & Claims, IT & Security. You will be part of the sales team building and presenting our solutions to ensure successful sales completion for existing and potential customers and responding to functional and technical requirements. In this role, you will also be capturing requirements to enhance our product Road Map and fuel product innovation.This can be a fully remote role on-site as the business requires.JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities include:Consult and discover with existing and potential clients to understand their specific needs, challenges, and industry issues that they face before providing specific solutions using the Enablon platform.

Build a solution-oriented presentation based your expertise but as well on analysis and understanding of the customer problematic and needs/ build a technical solution based on the company portfolio.

Work with Enterprise Account Managers to prepare the presentation deck and deliver demonstration presentations to customers, both remotely and on site for, often, large audiences focused on areas of interest and solving challenges raised in discovery sessions

Deliver Proofs of Concepts by applying solution functionalities using client’s sample data

Preparing proposals and answer questions and requirements found in Request for Information/Proposal (RFI/RFP) documents tailoring responses based on information uncovered during discovery

Prepare personalized demonstration platforms with relevant information for each existing/prospective customer

Prepare individualized scoping document mapping prospective customer needs to Enablon products

Serve as technical and functional expert for solutions

Bridge the gap between our products and our customers’ needs (Product SME)

Gather and document existing/prospective customer needs/gaps/new features for potential product enhancements

Work closely/ regularly with professional services team to analyse requirements and determine product implementation strategies

Attend and represent Enablon at various industry events such as conferences

Continually learn new versions and features of the software as the product grows and enhances.

Education/Experience/Skills:Business or Engineering Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/school

3 years of similar business experience in the software or consulting industry

Expertise in GRC domain topics notably: Enterprise Risk, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Ethics & Compliance, Business Continuity, Insurance & Claims, IT & Security. Additional knowledge in ESG, EHS, Quality areas would be beneficial.

Excellent presentation skills and strong level of written and spoken English

Strong analysis and solution selling capabilities

Self-motivated team player with strong inter-personal skills

Flexibility and eagerness to learn
