Handyman for Short Term Rental Management Company

Hello there!

We run a short-term rental business in Providence, RI, and regularly perform maintenance tasks in our properties. We are looking for a reliable handyman to help with various tasks on a weekly basis, including routine maintenance and emergency calls.

Some of the tasks may include:

General property maintenance

Light carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, etc.

Troubleshooting HVAC systems

Troubleshooting appliances (washer/dryer, stoves, etc.)

Installing smart locks, cameras, and thermostats

Assembling or moving furniture / mounting TVs

Basic plumbing tasks

Pay: $30 per hour
