Healthcare PM

Job DescriptionBusiness Project Manager. When they bring in business PMs they look for three things not a whole lot of IT interaction. Looking for someone who can take on IT projects from time to time. They might have this person cover for another PM ast times. Dealing with pharmacy technicians. Large program 6 PMs on the program. Interacting with other PMs on the program. This program is meant to improve customer and agent experience. Streamline experience, streamline processes, achieve cost savings. Streamlining systems and proceses, this is with the speciality business, complex type o f patient care. They have 6 or 7 different areas that are focusing on different parts of agent experience. Pharmacy service reps that interact with patients and take their orders, benefits verification team, drugs covered by benefits. There are more opportunities in one other area. There is some additional work on other pieces there is a gap where a PM needs to leave.
