Hiring It Support Needed

We’re a production studio seeking an independent local IT professional on a monthly retainer to support our on-site infrastructure and remote workflows.

This engagement is a retainer relationship where we pre-purchase hours monthly, and you step in as needed.

Engagement Structure

- Monthly retainer covering a defined number of hours

- Hours used flexibly based on needs (on-site + remote)

- On-site support as required; not daily

- Additional hours billed separately if approved in advance

Environment

- Studio workstations and AV equipment

Scope of Responsibility

- Maintain studio IT systems and network stability

- Manage shared storage, permissions, and access

- Support remote workflows and editor access

Requirements

- Based in Rhode Island and available for on-site support

Clear communicator who documents their work
