Full Time |Sunday - Thursday

8am - 4:30pm, 37.5 hours per week

The Seasons East Greenwich is a premier assisted living residence, providing a balance of community, wellness and assisted living services to independent and memory impaired residents, while promoting resident quality of life, dignity and maximum independence

Responsibilities of a Housekeeper

Dust and damp mop floors following procedures as assigned.

Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement.

Clean all assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitize all surfaces. Follow the ten-step cleaning procedure.

Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items needed to maintain a clean safe environment for our residents, visitors and staff.

Seek out areas that require cleaning and take the initiative to complete the task.

Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.

Complete all tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.

Attend monthly meetings and training sessions as scheduled.

Qualifications for a Housekeeper

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to handle frequent interruptions.

Follow directions and instructions.

Identify safety and hazards and act accordingly.

Carry out proper cleaning procedures on a daily basis.

Ability to complete tasks to the highest standards possible.

Experience preferred.
