Your commitment to precision, strategic financial planning, and effective team collaboration elevates our financial operations to new heights.Supports the efficient operation of the Finance department by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of daily revenue auditing processes across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other operating departments.Performs daily audits and reconciliations of hotel revenue, verifying room, F&B, concession, and miscellaneous income to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and supported in accordance with hotel policies and accounting standards.Investigates and resolves revenue discrepancies, including room charges, housekeeping variances, rebates, paid-outs, voids, discounts, dummy folios, missing checks, and other exceptions, ensuring appropriate approvals and documentation are maintained.Verifies that complimentary, house use, entertainment, and management transactions are properly authorized, tracked, and reported in compliance with hotel policies and Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) requirements where applicable.Reconciles Opera, POS, credit card batches, guest ledger, and control reports, ensuring daily revenue balances are accurate and promptly reporting discrepancies to the Financial Controller or Assistant Financial Controller.Conducts revenue control procedures, including surprise cash float counts and outlet audits, to maintain strong internal controls and safeguard hotel assets.Maintains complete and organized audit documentation, supporting records, and daily reporting files for management review, internal controls, and external audit requirements.Supports compliance with hotel policies, accounting procedures, statutory requirements, and internal audit standards while contributing to continuous improvement of revenue control processes.Builds and maintains effective working relationships with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and other operational departments to ensure accurate revenue reporting and timely resolution of audit findings.Delivers professional, timely, and courteous service while maintaining flexibility to perform additional duties, attend required training, and support operational needs as directed by management.
