Basic Function: Soldering is the term for establishing a firmly bonded connection by using solder material, where only the solder reaches a molten condition. With temperatures up to 450 °C, this process is termed soft soldering; with temperatures in excess of 450 C, the proper term is brazing.

Responsibilities:

Support and improve any function that works better in the Soldering Department with approval.

Maintaining a professional relationship with your coworkers

Working independently as well as in a team

Bring any recommendations or issues to your supervisor

Meeting shipping deadlines for all job tickets.

Notifying the supervisor of any supplies/ materials that you need to maintain a steady and safe workflow.
