Kid Club Attendant

The Kids Club Attendant is a key representative of our hotel and the Minor Hotels brand.  He or she creates one of the most powerful first impressions to our guests.  Minor Hotels Kids Club Attendants all have a friendly and outgoing personality, and are genuinely interested in meeting and serving new guests from all over the world.  The position necessitates being an information provider, receiver, diplomat, problem solver, salesperson, hotel representative, public relations agent, coordinator of activities and accountant, all performed with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness.

Key Responsibilities:Maintains a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environment, ensure that the service station is equipped with required stationery at all times.         Attend to children at all times in a friendly and caring manner, ensuring an enjoyable experience.Create new, unique and interesting kids activities that draw upon the best cultural, sporting or other offerings of the area in which the hotel is located.  Help make the kids club offering a point of competitive advantage for the hotel. Relays all guest comments and concerns to the GRM or Supervisor to ensure proper follow-up.At all times, team members must follow the Team Member Handbook and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
