Licensed Dental Assistant

Job Overview

As a Licensed Dental Assistant, you’ll play a key role in both restorative and surgical procedures—implant cases. You'll collaborate with our doctors to prepare, assist, and support both clinical excellence and patient comfort.

Responsibilities include:

Restorative & Surgical Support

· Chairside assistance during restorative procedures, including composite fillings, crown and bridge, CEREC same-day crowns, and custom temporary fabrication

· Assist with implant surgeries and PRF procedures

· Set up, break down, and maintain surgical, restorative, and implant trays

· Educate patients on post-op care for both restorative and surgical treatment

· Take radiographs and CBCT scans as needed for diagnostics and treatment planning

· Ensure sterile technique, OSHA compliance, and proper infection control at all times

· Support and contribute to a positive, team-first culture

What We’re Looking For

Valid Massachusetts Dental Assistant License

· Radiology Certification (Required)

· CPR/BLS Certification

· Experience or training in implant dentistry and PRF (preferred but not required)

Strong organizational and communication skills
