Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Job Title: Quality EngineerJob Description

Manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

Conduct Root Cause Analysis.

Perform data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Utilize Poka-Yoke for Zero Defects Quality Control.

Conduct internal and supplier quality audits.

Maintain and update quality documentation including control plans, inspection criteria, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Provide training and support to production staff.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in quality engineering in a manufacturing environment

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science with experience in manufacturing

Electronics manufacturing experience preferred

Experience managing a QMS system and standards AS9100, ISO 9001 & ISO 13485

Experience in Zero Defect Quality Control (ZDQC) and training in Poka-Yoke

Proficient in CAPA processes and methodologies

Proficient use of data analysis tools and software

Quality Engineering Certification or Six Sigma is a nice to have
