Mechanical Designer / Drafter

Job Description:As a Mechanical Designer / Drafter, you'll work with our talented team of mechanical and electrical engineers, and production supervisors and individual contributors, to build our systems: from concept, through design and fabrication, to testing the working systems on our factory floor, to supporting the field installation team. We hope to add you to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce assembly and detail drawings using SolidWorks
  • Create cams for Thermwood CNC machine from SolidWorks models using CamWorks software

Minimum Qualifications
  • Highly proficient in SolidWorks 3D CAD
  • 5 years experience in capital equipment manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP) or Certified SolidWorks Expert (CSWE)
  • Knowledge of Autocad 2D
  • Knowledge of CamWorks
