Millwork & Finish Carpentry Estimator

Commercial finish carpentry & custom millwork subcontractor is seeking an estimator. Responsibilities will include the following:

· Review plans & specifications

· Identifying the interior trim/millwork scope of work,

· Performing quantity takeoffs

· Acquiring material pricing.

· Comparisons of old vs. new project documents to determine any changes to the scope of work.

Applicants should have knowledge of trim carpentry & millwork in the commercial construction industry. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
