Part Time Maintenance Worker Needed

We are a family-owned property management company in Providence, and we're looking to hire a part-time Maintenance Worker. Key responsibilities include preparing apartments for rental: painting, cleaning, and basic repairs. We offer flexible schedules and pay up to $20 an hour.

- Having a truck or van is preferable.

- A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required.

- Up to $20.00/hour
