We have a wonderful opportunity for a Program and Change Management Lead to successfully implement a large, complex, strategic program. You will collaborate to develop an integrated plan to ensure timing and impacts are understood and managed effectively to fully realize strategic value.We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. Responsibilities of the Program and Change Management Lead:- Lead large-scale, complex, and highly matrixed project team across levels and departments
- Ensure projects are on track and project resources are utilized efficiently and effectively
- Build and own a strong program/project plan to align the team and organization on the timeline, milestones, deliverables
- Ensure transparency of progress to resolve issues as they arise
- Build strong relationships with program sponsors and stakeholders
- Facilitate, coordinate, and arbitrate cross-functional dependencies and issue resolution across key stakeholders, including Senior Management
- 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, and change management roles
- Successful track record of leading large-scale programs over multi-year time frames
- Program management and change management qualifications, such as PMP, ADKAR
- Experience operating within a structured PMO environment and building new approaches, artifacts, and strategies to improve program implementation
- Experience driving large enterprise level programs and demonstrated strength as an enterprise change agent
- Experience with regulatory or environmental projects
- Knowledge of documentation tools, Excel, PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree, MS, or MBA a strong plus
