RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking a Program & Change Management Lead.

Responsibilities: The Program/Change Management Lead will establish a strong program structure that has clear ownership and accountabilities; Expedites design making; Enables effective communication, and aligns the team on the timeline, key deliverables, progress, etc. Lead effective execution to deliver in alignment with either iterative/agile or sequential/waterfall methodologies Manage resource capacity across the program to ensure all resources are utilized efficiently and effectively The Program/Change Management Lead will work with team(s) to address gaps and cross-training; Align and realign resources across the program based on identified needs and gaps Build strong relationships and act as a strategic advisor for project sponsors Lead conversations to define, clarify and control project scope, objectives and resolve conflicts Build and own a strong program plan that drives aligned results Communicate the program status and serve as key point of contact for end to end progress Lead, support, coach, inspire and motivate project team As a Program/Change Management Lead, you will provide direction by prioritizing focus areas, defining deliverables, and ensuring results

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree: MS or MBA a strong plus Program management qualifications (e.g., PMP certification) Change Management qualifications (e.g., ADKAR certification) 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, and change management roles with successful track record of leading large-scale programs over multi-year time frames Experience operating within a structured PMO environment and building out new approaches, artifacts, and strategies to improve program implementation Experience with driving large enterprise level programs Knowledge of standard documentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn and adapt effectively to new operational tools Strong communication skills Ability to multi-task and partner effectively with different types of stakeholders
