Description We are on the lookout for a Property Administrator to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry situated in Providence, Rhode Island. This role entails a range of administrative responsibilities, exceptional customer service, and adept management of property-related tasks. As a Property Administrator, you will be engaging with residents, handling their issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our property units.Responsibilities: Efficiently manage administrative duties to support property operations. Handle and resolve resident issues professionally, maintaining a high level of customer service. Respond to phone calls and emails, ensuring clear and effective communication with residents. Conduct regular checks and adhere to housing regulations to maintain safety standards. Utilize Microsoft Office skills and RealPage for maintaining records and processing maintenance orders. Oversee front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment for residents. Manage and maintain accurate records of all our 180 units in Providence. Display adaptability in managing various tasks, no matter the size or complexity. Ensure the office setting is organized and conducive for efficient property management. Learn quickly and adapt to the fast-paced environment of property administration. Requirements Proficiency in Computer Data Entry is necessary. Prior experience in an administrative role would be beneficial. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are expected. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required. Must be able to handle sensitive information confidentially. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is beneficial. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partners. Adaptability to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
