Regional Manager - South Island

Based in Christchurch, you will lead and grow SGS’s Regulatory business across the South Island. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive performance, develop your team, and ensure operational excellence.Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing high-performing team of Engineer SurveyorsDriving a culture of safety, teamwork, and customer satisfactionManaging day-to-day operations, including scheduling, job delivery, timesheets, and invoicingOwning the P&L and improving business performance and efficiencyIdentifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the regionBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships
