AHRC NYC is holding a HIRING EVENT with ON THE SPOT JOB OFFERS! for Multiple positions in their STATEN ISLAND Residences.DATE & TIME: WEDNESDAY JUNE 4TH from 10AM-1PMLOCATION: Recruiter will provide specific address for qualified candidates.POSITIONS TO BE FILLED: All positions include full Benefit Package1. RESIDENTIAL MANAGER: Salary $64,500 QualificationsExperience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) Required.Experience as a supervisor in a residential setting Preferred.Knowledge of OPWDD regulations, Required.Valid NYS or Tri- state drivers license for more than one year is Required Must be willing to work flexible schedule including one day of each weekend.2. RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANT MANAGERS: Salary $43,000 per year plus overtime when warranted and an additional $750.00 per year bonus if driving is required and upon completion and passing of AHRC NYC Defensive Driving class. QualificationsExperience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Required.Experience supervising staff in a residential setting preferred not required.Knowledge of OPWDD regulations, Required.Valid New York or Tri-State drivers license for more than one year in good standing, Required.3. Direct Support Professional: Hire-In Pay Rate $17 per hour increase to $18 per hour after 6 months if in good standing.Schedule: 3pm-11pm or 2pm-10pm SHIFTQualificationsMust be willing to work weekends.Valid NY or Tri-State drivers license for more than one year, in good standingPersonal or Professional experience supporting People with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred.Professionalism; integrity; excellent communication skills.
