Senior Account Manager

The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager / Key Account Manager to drive new enterprise customer acquisition for Jobsdb Hong Kong. This is a player-coach role where you'll own a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You'll be responsible for bringing new enterprise logos into Jobsdb’s full suite of talent solutions. This role reports into the Senior Team Lead, Key Accounts for Jobsdb Hong Kong.Key ResponsibilitiesHunt & Close: Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise customers based in Hong KongNavigate Complexity: Build relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders across HR, TA, and business functionsDrive Strategy: Develop account plans and sales strategies to penetrate target enterprise segmentsCollaborate: Work closely with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Marketing to optimize the sales motion and customer experience
