Senior Associate, AML/KYC

Provide and deliver AML compliance consulting services to our clientsDrafting of AML Policies & Procedures, including review and updating on a regular basisLiaise with Cayman Islands funds, Registered Persons, and Fund Administrators to review and prepare quarterly AML Compliance report for clientsConduct CDD/EDD onboarding and periodic reviews for clients and where necessary collect relevant CDD documentsConduct one-off and ongoing screening and maintain relevant master lists for screening clientsAs part of the AML team conduct AML Audits for relevant clientsPrepare PowerPoint presentations for in-person AML trainings for Cayman Islands and Hong Kong clientsUpdate and maintain regulatory update in respect of Cayman Islands fund & fund management businessPrepare and draft Institutional Risk AssessmentsWrite or edit / review client alerts / regulatory updates on matters pertaining to AMLProvide an alternative four-eye review in the absence of the ManagerImplementing and driving efficiency within the team, supervising tasks performed by team membersTimely reply and follow-up with client enquiries and communicationCo-operate with other relevant stakeholders including but not limited to the ongoing support teams, licensing and projects to ensure consistency of service to clientsStay up to date with new regulatory changes and developments to brief team members and clients on applicabilityAttend as far as possible corporate events when required by senior management and social events organized by the Group to assist with team building.Leading training of new and existing joiners, and other colleagues covering areas such as remediation projects, latest regulations, change in operational processes and refreshers as and when required.Perform any other ad hoc duties / projects as assigned by the ManagerOtherSupport the department as required within the confines of role.Undertake any additional reasonable duties or special projects as required by the firm.
