- Develop and deliver software that meets established standards as well as expectations for performance, business impact, and user experience
- Track and address patterns and root causes of shortfalls in technical quality and user acceptance
- Understand business processes and workflows and core team applications and specializations as reflected in the Developer Competency Matrix
- Understand and apply agile development best practices, and other approaches for iterative development of production-ready software

- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years' experience or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
- Experience with SQL

- Ability to effectively break down, prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks independently
- Ability to identify challenges and risks to the completion of work along with communication of those with possible solutions to the appropriate personnel
