- Contractor must have good customer skills and has experience working on a help desk and with a ticketing system.
- Technical background a plus, should be computer savvy and able to follow instructions to perform password resets and other desktop tasks.
- Single point of contact for users reporting an escalating IT related issues
- Respond to customer issues via phone, email and computer chat
- Open, update, assign and/or resolve incidents using ServiceNow
- Ability to learn and provide quick fix resolutions (examples are: password resets, encryption synchronization, basic setting configurations)
- Escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams
