Position: Service Desk Support Specialist

Location: Warwick, RI

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 3 Months to start

Job Description
  • Contractor must have good customer skills and has experience working on a help desk and with a ticketing system.
  • Technical background a plus, should be computer savvy and able to follow instructions to perform password resets and other desktop tasks.
  • Single point of contact for users reporting an escalating IT related issues
  • Respond to customer issues via phone, email and computer chat
  • Open, update, assign and/or resolve incidents using ServiceNow
  • Ability to learn and provide quick fix resolutions (examples are: password resets, encryption synchronization, basic setting configurations)
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams
