ServiceNow Solution Architect

Role: ServiceNow Solution Architect Location: Providence, RI-Hybrid Duration: One Year Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to define, develop, deliver, and sustain the end-to-end customer experience.
• Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new or modifications to applications, forms, workflow, policies, actions, access control, interfaces, and any other configurations required to support processes
• Create and maintain Service Catalog Items and Knowledge Bases.
• Develop and maintain the technical design of the ServiceNow CMDB and Hardware Asset Management module to meet the current and anticipated scope.
• Ensure solution design and process consistency and continuity across the CMDB, IT Domains, and the processes that depend on the CMDB
• Perform complex hands-on technical development work based on assigned user stories; conduct unit testing for each story assigned.
• Create and use update sets to move customer configuration between environments.
• Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow design/configuration documentation.
• Perform ServiceNow Upgrades across all instances.

• Experience with Developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow ITSM application.
• Experience Integrating ServiceNow with other programs (Microsoft Intune/SCCM, as an example)
• Ability to develop and provide training, documentation, and support.
