Bristol Oyster Bar is looking for positive and energetic individuals with great attitudes, able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Duties include: Shucking oysters and littlenecks, Stocking and setting up raw bar station. Ensuring that raw bar operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations. Keeping proper shellfish and sanitation logs for raw bar.
