Position: Smartsheet Tech Lead (W2 candidate only) Location: Hybrid- Paramus, NJ or Boston, MA 2-3 days onsite Duration: 6 Months Contract Qualifications ? -Be a recognized Smartsheet technical expert and develop deep Smartsheet relevance (workflow definition, solution design, etc.) for Portfolio and Project Management -Serve as front-line expert for "best practice" and prospect technical issues, tracking these issues and ensuring prompt follow up and problem resolution -Forge strong partnership with vendors to help influence and shape the roadmap -Technical Lead for the Ideation and technical development of enterprise solutions to automate and enhance business processes -Guide and mentor team members regarding architecture and best practices -Review and coach team on project designs for design review presentations -Solve complex technical problems in our tools (Smartsheet, Daptiv, Jira, Confluence, other) environment plus improve "Operational Excellence" -Create a blueprint and roadmap and lead the teams through an agile process with a hands-on engineering mindset -Evangelize and train/mentor IS&T and Business partners. Provide development goals, promotion guidance and motivation -Work with other technical leaders, architects, QA, and product owners across the organization on technical specifications and solution designs -Manage developer change management process, reviewing changes and signing off on any tests before management approval and production release. -Maintain and evolve training tools and materials to keep them current with the defined architecture and direction of Veolia North America (Continuous Improvement) -Excellent Communications skills required ?

• Candidates must be local to Paramus NJ or Boston MA, and willing to work in the office 2-3 days per week.
