Social Media and Community Engagement Manager

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Marketing professional to join our team here at Home Instead Havant, to help us on our mission to deliver gold standard care, and change the face of ageing.As the Social Media and Community Engagement Manager you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand’s presence across social media, and within the local community. This is an exciting role for someone with a keen business development mindset. ResponsibilitiesDevelop relationships in the local community based in Hayling Island, Waterlooville, and Havant.Build a pipeline of opportunities by growing and leveraging your network.Ensure digital content is engaging and consistent across social media platforms.Utilise data to track progress and adjust strategies accordingly.Define marketing plans and digital media strategies in line with Home Instead brand guidelines, with the goal of reflecting our mission, vision, and values.Use knowledge of market and competitors to develop the brand’s unique selling point and differentiators.
