Castle Hill Inn is looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team.

About the Position: In the Social Media Manager role, you will be part of our in-house marketing team, and will be responsible for creating and managing social media profiles, developing and publishing content optimized for social, coordinating on-brand content with operations, and measuring and analyzing results.

About You: You have excellent writing skills and display an interest in social media and advertising.

Essential Duties:

Set up and optimize company pages to increase the visibility of company's social content

Act as day-to-day manager of the firm's social media profiles - writing, posting and approving social optimized content, managing editorial calendar and approval process, and monitoring engagement

Collaborate with internal partners across the company on integrating social media into broader business strategies and campaigns

Keep up on emerging trends and technologies in social media marketing, as well as competitor activity

Qualifications:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Communications

Minimum 3 years social media marketing is required

Experience working in hospitality and an understanding of luxury brands a plus

Experience writing content for social media

Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, or certain shifts with times included

Skills & Abilities:

Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-task to track a wide variety of activities under deadline

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
