Oversee all recreational facilities and activities, including the gym, tennis and paddle tennis courts, beach and pool games, Playstation games, billard, and water-based activities such as surfing.Coordinate and host engaging experiences such as Movie Under the Stars, beach volleyball tournaments, and other themed events.Ensure a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for all guests across all recreational areas.Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic team to deliver personalized service and guest satisfaction.Collaborate with other departments to enhance the resort’s overall guest activity program.Manage scheduling, equipment maintenance, and activity logistics efficiently.
