(learn more at www.publicpartnerships.com ).Watch the " What We Do " video on our website: https://www.publicpartnerships.com/about-us/#Duties & Responsibilities: Primary writer of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for state and federal Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). Free-write material for proposals, edit and improve existing material and must be familiar with RFP Content Management Systems (PPL currently uses Loopio). Support the Proposal Manager in maintaining and building the proposal library. Stay abreast of industry standards, review all proposal post-bid information, and provide summaries, maintain the Content Management System, and monitor procurement sites. Work with various departments and levels of management to draft responses. Make recommendations on response approaches. Ensure consistent proposals submissions across PPL. Ensure that tools and style guides are in place to support the development of documentation that meets current market expectations. Support the development of overviews and summaries to Executive Leadership Team. Ensure Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests are submitted after each proposal.Required Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills including ability to be professional, technically accurate, clear, and succinct. Ability to interact with all levels of personnel from technical to high level executive management, and influence key stakeholders to complete work efforts. Ability to deal with adversity and differing opinions. Familiar with RFP Content Management Systems. Ability to incorporate operational feedback into writing. Ability to write on multiple RFPs at once.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree requiredExperience: 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a technical writer with experience in state/federal procurement responses, proposal development and/or grant writingCompensation & Benefits:
