KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Technical Support/Analyst consultant.Technical Support/Analyst Responsibilities: Learns internal and relevant external software products features, capabilities, interdependencies across multiple areas, configurability, and security to provide excellent technical support. Performs configuration, troubleshooting, testing and analysis tasks as well as supporting day to day business operations using corporate intranet sites and other SASS Types of software applications. Responds to incident tickets received from the service desk as well as process change requests. Escalates issues to the next level support groups and coordinates as necessary. Maintenance may include support of end users in specific areas or processing, reconciliation and reporting within the system. As part of the team, maintains clear concise and accurate documentation for software products, processes, and configurations. Ensure documentation is kept up to date and in the proper shared, accessible location. Can communicate effectively and work as a team member both within product enablement and across other groups within FM Global in support of goals & objectives and has excellent customer service skills. Strong organizational, analysis and troubleshooting skills. Holds themselves accountable for the quality and timeliness of their work. Qualifications: EDUCATION Associate Degree in Technology or relevant certifications. EXPERIENCE Experience providing technical support for Software applications built on SharePoint Online or a previous version of SharePoint and a solid understanding of SharePoint features such as managing content, setting filters, creating page/data templates, theming and Active Directory based permissions is a must. Experience working with Qualtrics is preferred or relevant experience on similar products such as Survey monkey, Survey sparrow is desirable. Familiarity with Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google for Business, Google Search Console, Google Trends is desirable. Experience in an Agile environment and familiarity with SCRUM Process is nice to have. Technical Skills: - HTML/CSS - Microsoft SharePoint online and Office 365. - Qualtrics or a similar product like Survey Monkey or Survey Sparrow.
