Tim Hortons - Food Service Associate

WHAT'S THE JOB?We are hiring a Tim Hortons - Food Service Associate located at the University of PEI, With no Drive-through, we operate Monday-Friday; no evenings or weekends! Primary duties and personalities include:Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and other catering functions and services when necessaryAssist with food running, ensuring that plates arrive to the proper assigned events.Monitor the cleanliness of section and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutterCommunicate with Servers and Hosts to maximize seatingPractice a high level of floor awareness and clear/clean as requiredEnsure that condiments are pre-portioned and the fridges are stocked with milk, cream, butter etc.Monitor food quality and presentation standardsFollow all food safety standards and systemsEmpty garbage, change linen bags and dispose of garbage and recyclingCommunicate to all Servers any comments or information provided by guests to ensure a positive, memorable experienceOther duties as assigned or required
