Job Title:Warehouse Receiving & Production Associate IILocation:Taunton HeadquartersExempt/Non‐Exempt:Non-ExemptReports to:Warehouse SupervisorShift:6am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday)Summary:The Warehouse Package Receiving & Production Associate is responsible for receiving packaged goods (such as pallets of cases, drums, etc.) This role involves safely unloading pallets using a forklift, as well as scanning and counting products to ensure accuracy and alignment with delivery paperwork. This position also will be responsible for internal production of totes, drums, and pails for distribution. Must adhere to all safety guidelines and checklists to ensure bulk is transferred safely and properly, as well as properly completing required paperwork.Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Daily transfer of products Receive packaged goods, and ensure products are transferred to bins prior to end of shift Perform product counts as needed to ensure accuracy Produce product totes, drums, and pails Assist in delivering empty totes to production to be filled Fill totes and verify they are labeled properly, capped, and have a corresponding meter ticket Properly and accurately label/wrap drums & pails Complete daily documentation required each shift including checklists Oversee UPS orders and assist with Customer Order pick-up as needed Assist in physical inventory count Other duties as requiredKnowledge and Skills Requirements:HS Diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of experience in similar rolePrior Forklift Certification and experience requiredSolid problem-solvingabilities and time management skillsAble to meet deadlines and work well under pressureFollow all safety protocols andstandardsExhibits strong interpersonal skills, and can work with all levels of the organizationCommunicate clearly and professionally with employees andcustomersFamiliar with, and understands barcoding processesPhysical Requirements:Able to bend, walk, climb, push, pull, reachRequired to stand for long periods of timeAble to lift 50lbs frequently, and up to 100lbs occasionallyDexterity of hands/fingers to operate computer including keyboard, mouse, and other equipmentWork EnvironmentThe environment may be noisy due to machinery and the movement of goods. Workers are expected to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, gloves, and sometimes eye protection.
