Purpose  We are looking for an experienced Account Director to join our Enterprise Sales Team in either Sydney or Melbourne. You will be responsible for the growth and engagement of a Banking and Financial Services portfolio, including upselling within and existing account base and identifying new client prospects. This role will suit a savvy sales professional, who’s comfortable selling tailored data solutions involving our broad suite of world class decisioning, credit, digital & data solutions.  What we are looking for in a candidate  Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, team orientated professional with a proven track record of successfully delivering high performance sales results in an Account Management or Business Development role. You will need to represent Experian as an honest, knowledgeable, and conscientious ambassador of the company. You work collaboratively with your Go-To Market colleagues to drive high quality outcomes for Experian and our customers.  What you’ll need to bring to the party You will be responsible for delivering an agreed sales target by working closely with our clients and prospects to understand their requirements and identify ways in which we can help them achieve their commercial objectives. You will need to be agile in every conversation and curious in your questioning to understand challenges, requirements and opportunities. Long story short - We’re looking for a dynamic individual who possesses an innately curious mind, creative thinking, and strong sales methodology
