Job Title: Part‑Time Agricultural Engineer – Greenhouse Production, Outreach & TrainingLocation: Adloun, South Lebanon (must be able to commute to Beirut and other areas of Lebanon also)Commitment: Part‑time JobExperience: Minimum 3 years in orchard management and greenhouse production. Outreach, training, and community mobilization is a plus.Role Overview: We’re seeking a seasoned Ag Engineer based around Adloun or South area to lead greenhouse production, deliver hands-on training, and drive community outreach. Travelling to Beirut and other regions of Lebanon is needed.Key Responsibilities:Greenhouse Production: Design, manage, and optimize greenhouse crop production.Outreach & Social Development: Call, evaluate and outreach potential beneficiariesTraining & Mentoring: Prepare and deliver technical workshops and field training sessions to the beneficiariesField Travel: Regular visits to Adloun, will be asked to visit Beirut and other areas of Lebanon, and other sites for supportShould have experience in managing avocado, banana, sumac, and spring onion production.Qualifications & Attributes:At least 3 years’ experience in field related workGood network, able to outreach workers Good management skills, able to lead a team of laborersSkilled trainer with strong communication and interpersonal abilitiesPassionate about social development and agricultural educationFlexible schedule and willingness to travel within LebanonVehicle Requirement:Must own a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s licenseAble to travel independently to rural and city locationsEducation & Certifications:Diploma or degree in Agricultural Engineering or related fieldTo Apply: Please send your CV highlighting greenhouse management experience, outreach, and training roles to info@ardiardak.com Ideally based in or near Adloun
