As we continue to scale, we're investing in AI and intelligent automation to drive meaningful improvements in how we operate.We're looking for an AI Solutions Architect / AI Engineer to join our technology team and lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions across the business. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities, validate ideas through rapid prototyping, and take solutions through to production-grade deployment.This is a hands-on role that spans business partnership, solution architecture, and applied engineering. You'll own the full journey from idea to impact.What you'll do:Work with business leaders to identify high-value AI and automation opportunities, translating operational challenges into solution designsBuild fast, functional prototypes to validate concepts and demonstrate valueDesign and implement production-ready AI solutions that are scalable, observable, secure, and cost-efficientDefine end-to-end architectures covering model orchestration, data integration, APIs, event-driven patterns, and human-in-the-loop workflowsEmbed solutions into existing enterprise systems and establish deployment patterns and CI/CD pipelinesContribute reusable AI patterns and accelerators, and help establish best practices for the AI development lifecycleMentor engineers and help uplift AI capability across the technology teamWhat you'll bring:Hands-on experience with generative AI / LLMs, AI agents and orchestration frameworks, RAG, and prompt engineeringProven experience integrating AI into real business workflows, not just proofs of conceptStrong development capability in Python (preferred) or TypeScript/JavaScriptExperience building and consuming APIsFamiliarity with modern practices: version control, automated testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure as codeSolution design across distributed and cloud-native environmentsEvent-driven and microservices architecturesExperience working with structured and unstructured dataOutcome-focused with a bias for action and rapid deliveryComfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping problems from the ground upStrong communicator able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersHighly desirable, but not essential:Experience with multi-agent or autonomous workflow systemsHuman-in-the-loop AI designExposure to responsible AI, governance, and risk controlsAWS, Azure, or GCP AI services, vector databases, or containerisationBackground in fast-paced, product-led environmentsWhat's in it for you?Competitive base salary and annual short term incentive potentialGenerous long-term incentive scheme (GYG shares, with 3 year vesting period)The opportunity to work within a talented, fast-moving and high-performing technology teamConvenient office location in Surry Hills, a short walk from Central Station (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH)Apply now to start the conversation!
